Dastin (PL)

Dastin returns to Sub Cult laying down some serious grooves for us to bang out. His Special Series 13 is a two-tracker with additional remixes by the mighty Distek and Baly. First up is “Corrupted Soul” which in original form is a primetime dark hardgroove track with a bouncy bassline and stabby synths. The remix comes from Distek, with a slightly lighter groove and a catchy oldschool synthline. Next is “Vice Versa”, again a big hardgroover with classic drumroll, vocal stabs and a massive breakdown. Remixed by Baly, the track gets an infusion of funk. Bouncing along nicely with sharp percussion and a deep bassline, well timed key-changes to keep the crowd on their feet.
